Hello

so as tomorrow is the 1st of December i have decided that i will do a Virtual Advent Calender.

ok so it is not much to look at as i have just put it together but if this works this year i will be better prepared for next year so fingers crossed then.

so each day i will post and each will be something new and made by me but if you would like to help me with ideas for the content of the next 25 days then that would be welcomed.

also if i do use your idea then the blog post will be dedicated to you.

Its Cold Outside

Hello there

So in a few days it is going to be December and that means only one thing: New Year

Wait I think I have miss calculated I am sure there is something else happening before that, Oh yes Doctor Who Christmas Special (FTW).

For those that have been wondering (I doubt that there are any people that read everyone of my posts and in that have become a “Fan”) I have been busy over the last couple of weeks, it has mainly been college stuff but I have been working on a big thing my UCAS application (for those that don’t know I am applying  to go to University) and I have almost completed all of it.

The other week I found out that Orange have joined the Twitter bandwagon so I now get free text updates from a small number of the people I follow (this is nice as Twitter is the only person I receive texts from these days and the volume I get makes me seem popular) and now Orange is selling the iPhone (Win) and I now am looking to get one of those on contract when I get the money.

My computer is now down 2 of its speakers as the cables have broken so the sound is still as good but I have nothing behind me so I have gone from 5.1 down to 3.1 but after the PGP (Primary Gifting Period (Christmas)) I will be looking to get a couple of new ones from Chatham.

So I have once again re-arranged my bedroom, I would show you but my camera is broken but I do have a photo of on of my walls, this wall is the one that is behind me when I take photos.

I have started to listen to songs I have not since I found Spotify. It has added more variety to my MP3 player witch with 6months of the same songs did get a little boring so I decided that I needed to update it and so I did.

Stargate Universe has been getting really good over the last couple of weeks and so has Sanctuary and I have now given up on the reviews of each episode but like I have said I have been busy. Don’t despair though as over my Christmas holiday I will be going up to the Mid-Season Finale on SGU and where ever I have gotten to on Sanctuary.

So that is all from me  and I will be back sometime in December and as always you can keep upto date with all the antics in my life through the legalised stalking site Twitter.

What Where you Thinking?

It hasn’t been that long has it? I didn’t think so.

Hello there it has been just over a week since I last posted and not that much has happened.

 

Fireworks

 

On Saturday (07/11/2009) it was bonfire night, as always I watched the fireworks up on the Great Lines and I did get a couple of good photos this year which I am pleased with.

Sunday (08/11/2009) saw me rearranging my bedroom, it was something to do.

 

ID Card on Lanyard

 

Today (10/11/2009) at college we were given the lanyard for our ID cards, so now we have to ware them at all times, this is a good idea but I belive that my group is the only ones to have them so far as I have not seen anyone else walking arround with them other than the staff so it is going to be a bit weird to begin with but the lanyard have only just arrived at the college.

I have borrowed and actual book from the Library for a change, I am going to start reading it tonight and hopefully I will have read it faster than “Yes Man” as that one took around 6 months to read but during those six weeks I was at college and trying to meet the deadlines and get the work completed, even though that is still the case it wont be as hectic as last time as that was in the last 6 months of the year.

I have to be in college early tomorrow as i have to see Kim so i can get my Personal Statement completed so I can finish my UCAS application in time so that will be fun.

Last Week and Updates

so last week I was on Half term and as normal I did nothing.

When I say nothing i mean nothing important or college related.

I did however watch quite a few DVD Box sets, I borrowed Stargate Atlantis season 5 and CSI:MIAMI season 6 Pt II from the library and I bought season 2 of Battlestar Galactica.

I finished watching these Sunday (01/11/2009) night.

On Saturday (31/10/2009) was Halloween and as usual Dad did a pumpkin but he tried something a bit different this year as he only took a little bit off of the surface and did not go all the way through and used LEDs to light it. I like it and it came out well.

I am Enjoying Sanctuary season 2 and SGU season 1 and each seem to be getting better and better.

I am saving my money up for the Stargate SG1 season 1-10 box set at the moment as this will mean that i have every episode and it will take up less room than having each volume will.

i am behind on the reviews, i still need to post 2 for SGU and 3/4 for Sanctuary but they should be up during the week.

That appears to be everything but as always stalk me on twitter where there are more regular updates.
